Equestrian activities can be dangerous. In no event shall Saddlery Direct  or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s). Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).

Always check equipment before use on every occasion that it is used for signs of wear and tear or damage. Do not use the equipment if it is showing any signs of wear and tear or damage. If the equipment is within the warranty period you must stop using it and return it for repair or replacement.

You are responsible for the safety of You and Your equine.

Saddlery Direct products are fully guaranteed to meet your every expectation of what quality products should be.

We are proud to offer you our 100% Guarantee:  If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, please notify us for a replacement.  We do, however, ask that you save the unused portion and return the product to us along with the original sales receipt so we can analyze and make any necessary improvements.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Saddlery Direct  will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.

 PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15.0% sales tax).

All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

 Payment using  Pay Pal  or DPS for credit card transactions

Payment  by way of direct deposit/internet banking transfer into our account .

If paying by way of direct deposit, please use your invoice number as reference number for your direct deposit. Once funds have been received and cleared we will courier your items to your nominated postal address.

Please note: This must not be a PO Box as couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.

DELIVERY

Please allow five working days for delivery throughout New Zealand. Allow 21 days for overseas delivery.

Overnight/next day courier is available on some items, upon request and will incur additional charges. Items of interest will be put on hold from your enquiry date until payment is received. If payment is not received within three working days, items will be returned to stock.

 RETURNS POLICY

Full price merchandise may be returned for a credit  or exchanged for a different size or item – no cash refunds will be given  unless we are unable to supply a suitable replacement (subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery date (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items) with all label and sale tags attached.

We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour, brand – whatever you may wish to discuss prior to and after purchasing.

We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.

All items will be quality-checked before being sent to you.

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why. You must pay for the freight and items must be received in original condition i.e. all labels and tags attached.

Please also ensure the goods are packaged so they won't get damaged, and send them appropriately tracked and insured. We can't accept liability for returns damaged or lost in transit.  Please also email us when the return has shipped with tracking details, so we know to expect it..

We regret we're unable to refund return postage charges.

 RETURNS BASED ON CHANGE OF MIND

Exchanging items based on a ‘change of mind’ will incur the cost of the courier.
